The Historical Society of Woodstock mission is dedicated to preserving the history of Woodstock, NY. The Society was formed in 1929, by a group of volunteers who saw the need to preserve the past for future generations. The Museum is located on Comeau Drive  in Woodstock, NY. The Society produces a new show each year that depicts a different aspect of Woodstock life. There is a permanent tool room, photography display, art and many other items that help one view the past.
